SNG Mixing Skid
Synthetic Gas (SNG) Mixing Skid
The SNG Skid mixes liquified petroleum gas (LPG) vapor and dry-compressed air in a specific ratio to create a gas known as synthetic natural gas (SNG). This mixture can be set to have the same Wobbe Index as natural gas (typically 94% methane) or biogas.
The equipment set-up of burners used for ovens, water heating or steam is fuel-specific and switching between gas sources can affect the process conditions. SNG proves to be an effective backup gas source where the plant and equipment run continuously, and production interruptions cannot be afforded.
