Project Summary
The student apartments are modern, luxurious, fully furnished apartments. Energas supplied a full Combined Heat and Power (CHP) solution to the apartments. A 200kW CHP natural gas engine generates electricity while the engine heat is recovered to provide hot water to each apartment. The waste heat recovered from the engine is free energy and therefore increases the overall efficiency and feasibility of the system.
